Design Campus Istanbul 2012 – Zukunft durch Herkunft | GELENEK sayesinde GELECEK

This year is the 10th anniversary of the annual cultural encounter between Turkey and Germany. German students of various design studies, such as interior architecture, product design, architecture etc, coming from the universities of Schwäbisch-Gmünd, Stuttgart and Coburg will meet their Turkish counterparts, students from Trabzon and the four universities of Istanbul.
The participants have the chance to attend different workshops and work together under the professional supervision of Turkish and German design professors and artists.
Besides working and learning a lot, they will also be able to explore the wonderful, chaotic but charismatic city Istanbul.

Every project/workshop will be introduced on this blog. So go ahead, look around and read about the many interesting things happening during the 10th Design Campus Istanbul 2012!

Der Ausstausch zwischen den beiden Welten Türkei und Deutschland findet nun zum 10. mal statt.
Mit dabei Studenten der Hochschulen SchwäbischGmünd, Stuttgart und Coburg. Auch Studenten aus Trabzon und der vier Hochschulen in Istanbul sind beteiligt. Wir dürfen hier unter fachkundiger Anleitung durch türkische und deutsche Professoren und Künstler eine Woche lang gemeinsam Workshops besuchen. Die verschiedenen Projekte werden im Blog im einzelnen genauer vorgestellt. Nebenbei haben wir die Möglichkeit die wunderbare, chaotische, charismatische Stadt Istanbul kennen zu lernen. Es gibt vermutlich noch viel viel mehr interessantes und wissenswertes über dieses Projekt. Stöbert dazu doch einfach die einzelnen Posts durch.
